A carefully balanced mix of The Botanist gin, Pollen Street Social chenin blanc, cardamom, elderflower, wood, basil & pepper.Pollen Street Social will be the only bar in the world serving Hoppy Gin, the latest creation from the pioneers at Audemus Spirits and Pollen Street Social’s choice of gin of the month for June. Using an IPA from Paris-based brewers Deck & Donohue as the base, the gin will be served with a garnish of fresh passion fruit and sage to complement the tropical undertones.
