The Chelsea Blossom
20ml Hawthorns Gin
20ml Belsazar Rose
20ml Mondino Amro
Top with tonic water
2 drops Orange and Honey Blossom Dropets
Pour all the spirits into a generous sized wine glass
Fill the glass to the top with ice
Top up with a good tonic, add the droplets and gently stir
Pop in a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit
Enjoy!
